Shambhavi T is looking to work with three aspiring designers at our studio who wish to gain practical, hands-on experience in a professional design setting. Working alongside our experienced team, you will contribute to a variety of print and surface pattern design projects while honing your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Requirements

ESSENTIAL

• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator.

• Basic understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

• Strong time management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

• A collaborative and proactive approach, with a willingness to learn.

• Attention to detail and ability to adapt to feedback.

PREFERRED

• Basic understanding of print processes, such as digital, block, or screen printing.

• Familiarity with Mac OS and associated design software.

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a design-related degree or diploma program.

Responsibilities

• Creative problem-solving and the ability to contribute original ideas.

• Collaborate with senior designers on print and surface design projects, contributing visual research, sketches, and fresh ideas.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

• An eagerness to learn about the end-to-end design process, from conceptualisation to production.

• Assist with general studio operations, including organizing materials and supporting day-to-day workflows, preparing design files, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
